This three-day course combines lecture, discussion and demonstrations that will place an emphasis on goal setting, designing an exercise program and establishing a routine for warm-up, balance core and strength training.  Come dressed in exercise attire and be ready to move!

Explore the history of policing and how that influences police-community relationships today.  This course will provide a historical overview of policing in the United States that covers the political, professional and community policing eras.  We will explore how policing methods have shaped police-citizen interactions today, as well as technological advancements and new methodology to help improve policing.

Wednesday, January 17: AARP Night at the National Western Stock Show

Join AARP and the National Western Stock Show for AARP Night at the Stock Show.  Tickets are $13 and include:  All-day grounds admission, trade show entrance including over 900 vendors, Mutton Bustin’ and Baby Farm Animals Exhibit, 5:15 p.m. Rodeo 101: this must see event give a behind the scenes look at the sport of rodeo.  7:00 p.m. Rodeo located in the Coliseum South of I-70.
