Rob was knowledgeable about the issues and their attendant facts, representing AARP with poise and polish.

AARP volunteers across Arkansas know that, as Rob told us, “the satisfaction, the fulfillment, the sense of ‘it does matter that you were here’ is most evident when you give to others. The feedback, the renewal you get when you do that is extremely nourishing. It’s an interesting closed system of investment, return and fulfillment.”
