Art of Aging Conference Provides Strategies for Healthy Aging

FREDERICKSBURG_ Exploring your community is a great way to access resources and learn new strategies that can make aging a healthy and fulfilling experience. AARP Virginia would like to invite Fredericksburg area residents to join Partners in Aging on Wednesday, June 10 for the Art of Aging Conference to learn smart strategies for aging healthy.

The Art of Aging Expo is an annual event in Fredericksburg for people 50+ to make exploring the community easier by bringing residents and organizations together under one roof. You will be able to find out where to get help when you need it and learn what programs and services are available to make aging fun and healthy.

This free conference is from 10:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 10 at the Fredericksburg Expo and Conference Center, 2371 Carl D. Silver Parkway, Fredericksburg, VA 22401.

The conference will include more than 80 exhibitors that provide local services and activities for people 50+, free health screenings, and door prizes. Bring your AARP member card to the AARP booth for a free gift while supplies last.

It is Partners in Aging, Inc.’s mission to improve access and resources for older adults and their families in the Fredericksburg community.
