Presenters are:

Natalie DeVille, LCSW, is an Advanced Aging Life Care Manager. Natalie has more than 10 years of experience in medical social work and aging-related services, including experience at the veterans Administration.
Carri Ratazzi, MSW, is the Program Director and Professional Aging Life Care Manager. Carri has over 15 years of experience in the aging field.  Carri is skilled at simplifying language and  processes so that families have the information they need to make informed decisions with confidence.
