Connie comes to Good Mojo in Norfolk, VA every week to volunteer for a few hours. She dusts, straightens and remerchandises the housewares section. Eight out of 10 people age 45 and older say they want to remain in their homes for as long as possible, according to an AARP survey. However, that becomes challenging for people who have difficultly writing checks and managing finances. AARP has joined forces with Senior Connection’s award-winning Volunteer Money Management Program to help make a difference.
