Billy Elliot will inspire you to follow your dreams!
Mark June 3 through June 25 when Billy Elliot The Musical comes to Manchester. And AARP members and their guests receive a $10 per ticket discount! The discounted performances will be held at The Palace Theatre, 80 Hanover Street, in downtown Manchester. There are both 2:00 and 7:30 pm performances.
Set in a small English town during the 1984/85 miners’ strike, Billy Elliot is the inspirational story of a young boy’s struggle to break out from his family’s expectations. Follow Billy’s journey as he stumbles out of the boxing ring and into a ballet class where he discovers a passion for dance that will inspire his community and change his life forever.
Based on the Oscar-nominated movie, the show won ten Tony Awards including Best Musical. The show features unforgettable music by Elton John, sensational dance and a powerful storyline.
