Events Ohioans have donated the equivalent of 545 tons – or 64,068 jars — of low-salt peanut butter to local food pantries across the state by contributing to Spread Some Good, a Drive to End Hunger project sponsored by AARP Ohio and Walgreens stores. Events It’s never been more important. Elementary school students in kindergarten through third grade are learning to read. After third grade, they are reading to learn. In Ohio, students must pass the state reading proficiency test in order to advance from third to fourth grade.
