AARP Fraud Watch Network: Inside the Mind of a Criminal
Every 2 seconds, a con artist steals someone’s identity. In the last year alone, Americans lost $18 billion of their hard-earned dollars to fraud, identity theft and scams. The Con Artist Playbook was developed to help people gain insight into the mind of a criminal and provide the tools needed to defend themselves against their tricks.
