The Rhode Island State Office does not have access to ARPP member accounts. If you have questions about your membership, please call 888-OUR-AARP (888-687-2277).

For information about an existing insurance policy, please look for the customer service number on your bill, statement or other matials provided by the insurance carrier. AARP is not an insurance company.

The best source of information about your Medicare or Medicaid status is the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. Call toll-free at 800-633-4227.
