Dressing Downton: Changing Fashion for Changing Times explores British fashion between 1912 and the early 1920s, a period of great change bookended by the sinking of the Titanic and the dawn of the Jazz Age.

This spectacular exhibition shows the progression of both women’s and men’s fashion. Many of the costumes are constructed of original fabrics and embellishments from the early 20th century; others have been recreated from old photographs, paintings, patterns, and magazines.

AARP members and their guests receive a $3 discount off the Dressing Downton exhibition at the Taft Museum of Art, 316 Pike Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202. The event ends September 25.
