Don’t miss the free health tests being delivered at the Ohio State Fair as part of the 2013 Walgreens Way to Well Health Tour with AARP. The tour has a customized health-testing bus traveling to Columbus to deliver free health screenings to adults 18 and over from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. daily during the first weekend of the Ohio State Fair, July 26-28.

The 10 free health tests, saving you and your family more than $100, include: Total cholesterol levels, glucose levels, blood pressure, and a comprehensive weight assessment test that effectively measures seven key weight and fat indicators (body mass index, body composition, skeletal muscle, resting metabolism, visceral fat, real body age and body weight) to help people know their overall health.

A free one-year membership will be given to every person who participates in the Tour.

Following its weekend at the Ohio State Fair, the Walgreens Way to Well Health Tour with AARP will stop at eight Walgreens stores throughout Columbus to deliver free screenings to residents of surrounding neighborhoods. That schedule has testing being conducted 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Walgreens stores in these locations:

July 31 – 795 E. Dublin Granville Road, Columbus

Aug. 1 – 4401 Cleveland Ave., Columbus

Aug. 2 – 4617 E. Main St., Whitehall
