Friends of Residents in Long-Term Care

It isn’t easy entrusting your loved ones to the care of a nursing home or other long-term care settings. What are the right questions to ask when seeking long-term care services? For nearly three decades, one organization has been helping North Carolinians navigate the long-term care system.

Friends of Residents in Long-Term Care (FORLTC) is an independent, nonprofit organization committed to advancing the quality of life for individuals who receive long-term care in North Carolina. It focuses on the continuum of long-term care including nursing homes, adult care homes (assisted living), continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs), and home health care.
