AARP Massachusetts, in collaboration with the Urban League of Eastern Massachusetts, invites all to attend Your Health, Your Body, Your Self, a free, healthy-living event in Roxbury on Saturday, June 3, 2017.
The event includes a complimentary breakfast.
The first 100 attendees will receive a copy of the new AARP book, Your Body: Secrets to Living Longer, Better and Healthier.
Attendees will be introduced to tools and approaches that foster health in daily living. Speakers will share useful information, and will lead fun and engaging sessions on the following topics:
- Health and Technology
- Chair Yoga
- Strength Training
- Mindfulness and Meditation
- Sex and Relationships
- Tai Chi
Representatives from various health-related organizations will be on hand to answer questions and provide information. Be sure to wear comfortable clothing to fully participate!*
