ONGOING EVENTS
Walking Wednesdays
Every Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. we’ll meet in the east main lobby at the YMCA for an outside walk. (Beginning Oct. 4, the walking group will meet at 10 a.m.) If the weather isn’t cooperating, we’ll walk on the indoor track at the Y. It’s easier to get motivated when you are surrounded by others. Come and meet new people, get fit and stay healthy. Go at your own pace and to your ability. Register at the YMCA or on the Y website. Pick up your free t-shirt at the Y if it’s your first time with the group (while supplies last).

Coffee and Conversation
Enjoy warm conversation over a hot cup of coffee between 10:30-11:00 a.m. every Tuesday morning in the east main lobby at the Y. It’s a fun way to sit, relax and enjoy a conversation over a cup of coffee with your peers! No registration is required.

Pickleball
The pickleball craze is sweeping the nation, including Bismarck-Mandan. Join in from 11 a.m.- 1 p.m. every Monday and Friday in the YMCA gym. Pickleball is a paddle sport for all ages and skill levels. The rules are simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn. The program is free to YMCA members. A punch card is required for non-Y members.

Group Fitness Classes
A variety of fun and challenging group fitness classes are being offered daily at the Y. Class options include Zumba, Powertone, yoga and more. A punch card is required for non-Y members.

PUNCH CARDS: Non-members can pick up a punch card at the east member service desk at the YMCA. The punch card will allow non-members to participate in pickleball or group fitness three times. After the three times, non-members may purchase a daily pass. You’ll also receive a free t-shirt (while supplies last) when you pick up your punch card.
