AARP will be sharing how to create a personal medication record , a way to track your medications and help your health care providers have the most current information about you. This will be a helpful tool that you can share with your doctor, pharmacist, and even your loved ones to keep them informed about the medications you are taking and ensure that you're informed about potential interactions.
