Are you a fan of film festivals? If so, then check out this year's Asian American International Film Festival from July 24, 2013 to August 3, 2013, sponsored by AARP.

Harana, features guitarist Florante Aguilar who returns to the Philippines after being away for 12 years. Honorable Journey charts the 70-year struggle of Japanese-Americans who came of age during World War II. Narrated by George Takei, the film features conflicts of loyalty to tradition, family and country, played out against the backdrop of world war. Also, what's not to love about Go GrandRiders, a motorcycle club for senior citizens? Join us on closing night for a screening of Our Homeland, a presentation & award ceremony followed by a reception.
