AARP invites New Hampshire residents age 50-plus—especially those who are family caregivers—to take a break from their busy schedules and relax at one of four Paint and Sip sessions statewide. Participants can enjoy a glass of wine and release their inner artist.

Trained artists will guide them from blank canvases to mantelpiece-worthy paintings from 6 to 9 p.m. on Nov. 10 in Jackson and Nashua, and Nov. 17 in Keene and Manchester.

“You don’t have to have artistic talent to enjoy this fun and relaxing chance to meet your neighbors and fellow AARP members,” said Jamie Bulen, AARP state communications director.

Space is limited, and registration is required. A $15 fee covers art supplies and a snack. Depending on the venue, participants can bring a drink or buy one onsite. To register, go to aarp.org/nh
