Free Encore Chorale Spring Concert in Reston May 14

The Encore Chorales of Reston, Lansdowne Woods and the GMU Potomac Arts Academy will combine to present a Spring Choral Concert, “With a Song in My Heart,” on Saturday, May 14, 2016 at 7:30 pm at the United Christian Parish located at 11508 North Shore Drive in Reston. The concert is free and open to the public. Doors open at 7:00pm and seating is on a first come basis.

With more than 120 singers on stage, the chorale will present a program that includes a medley of romantic Rodgers and Hart pieces, blues favorites by Hoagy Carmichael, and a rousing medley from the Broadway show Guys and Dolls.

Encore is the nation’s largest choral program for adults age 55+ with more than 1000 singers in 18 DC/Baltimore area chorales.
