Securing Your Financial Future--Wichita Events

Analyzing financial data
Damir Cudic

Today, a secure financial future is out of reach for many Kansans, especially those without access to an employer savings plan.  Would you like to decrease debt, increase savings, and be better prepared for a secure future?

Please join AARP and local financial planning professionals at two free sessions in Wichita.  Find out what people are doing today to ensure the financial outcomes and security they want for tomorrow.  You may attend either session or both!

The first session is on Monday, August 18, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Sedgwick County Extension Education Center, 7001 W. 21st Street North, 4H Hall.  Topics include managing investments, retirement decisions, estate planning, and avoiding scams and fraud.

Prior to the event, from 5 to 7 p.m., you can bring personal files to the parking area of the Extension Center to be securely discarded by a local shredding company.

To register for this event, click here.  Or call 1-877-926-8300.

The second session is on Tuesday, August 19, from 8:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Hughes Metro Complex, 5015 E. 29th Street North, Room 180.  Topics include freedom from debt, saving for the future, avoiding identity theft and scams, and advance planning.

To register for this session, click here.  Or call 1-877-926-8300.

We encourage preregistration as refreshments will be provided.  No products will be promoted or sold at either session.  Questions?  Please call 1-866-448-3619.
