As an educator and life-long student, Jane Barton, MTS, MASM, CSA, AARP Caregiving Ambassador, believes that knowledge provides the necessary foundation from which to make the best decisions. Barton will be the keynote speaker at this event, along with other speakers and and exhibit hall on April 25. Pre-registration is required.
Enlightened with information about the diagnosis and prognosis, available community resources, and medical options, caregivers and care receivers are better able to navigate the journey of care giving. Please join us to meet community providers of care, listen to experts in various fields of care, and learn the challenges and opportunities encountered after a serious diagnosis.
