AARP Hosts Teletown Hall on Government Imposter Scams

Every 2 seconds, someone's identity is stolen, and vigilance and awareness is key to protecting yourself. That's why AARP is hosting two telephone town hall meetings on Thursday, February 28 to share information about government impostor scams (i.e. you get a text, call, or email from someone who says they’re with the government); the warning signs, how to protect yourself and where to go for help or additional information.

Town Hall #1 will take place at 9 a.m. and Town Hall #2 will take place at 12 p.m.
