Baseball is back in swing and so are $2 Tuesdays at Wolff Stadium with the minor-league San Antonio Missions.

Through July, fans heading to Tuesday home games can snag outfield and general admission tickets, parking, and treats like pizza, sausage wraps and draft beer—all for $2 each.

AARP members can also get box seats with prime views of the field for $9 each—half the regular price—by providing the code Missions50 at the box office.

The $2 Tuesday games are on May 7; June 18 and 25; and July 2, 16, 23 and 30.

“If you have a family of four, you can have a night out for around $20, which you’re not going to find anywhere else in pro sports,” said John Vasquez, 64, a retired judge and AARP volunteer who frequents the baseball games with his granddaughter.

The Missions rose this year to Triple-A status—one step away from the major leagues.

“You’re going to see people right below the top level or even major-league players rehabbing from injuries,” Vasquez said. “That’s the great thing about the minor leagues; you can see great players at an affordable price.”

Tickets may be purchased at the Wolff Stadium box office, 5757 West U.S. Highway 90, online at samissions.com or by calling 210-675-PARK (7275).
