Free Coffee For Your Commute
AARP in Sioux Falls host Free Coffee Friday every week from 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. at Kaladi’s Bistro (1716 S Minnesota Ave, Sioux Falls) and from 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. at Dunn Bros Coffee (5320 E Arrowhead Parkway, Sioux Falls).

AARP in the Black Hills hosts a Free Coffee Kickstart on the first Monday of every month from 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. The location varies, so check our local webpage for details.

Enjoy a warm cup and warmer conversation – volunteers are always on hand to answer your questions about AARP or to chat about whatever is on your mind! But we understand that you’re busy sometimes, so don’t feel like you have to stop! Just show your AARP card at the register and your first cup of coffee or tea – to stay or go – is on us!

Helping You Enhance Your Health
AARP SD has teamed up with Sanford Wellness to help you meet your fitness goals without breaking the bank. Sanford has three wellness center locations in Sioux Falls, which include free weights, cardio machines and group fitness classes for every age and ability.  Plus, Sanford Wellness members can enjoy other sports and leisure activities in the community, like skiing, kayaking, golf and tennis, all at a reduced price. Just show your AARP card at any Sanford Wellness Center for discounted membership.

Connect to Culture in Your Community
Enjoy world class art, music and culture – right in your backyard! AARP SD is proud to have partnered with the Aberdeen Community Concert Association, the Black Hills Symphony Orchestra and Live on Stage: the Sioux Falls Concert Association. You can purchase discounted tickets this spring to any of the remaining Live On Stage performances by calling the Washington Pavilion Box Office at 605-367-6000 and using the promo code: LIVE18.

  • 3 Redneck Tenors (March 2): Musical comedy from classically trained performers in the ‘tenor genre’ bring a show that is like Duck Dynasty goes to Carnegie Hall.
  • Side Street Strutters (April 17):  A group of talented  musicians who have been entertaining guests at Disneyland for more than 22 years bring the musical traditions of New Orleans jazz to our community.
  • O Sole Trio (May 8): An exciting classical crossover ensemble featuring lush voices accompanied by piano and violin.
