Share Your Caregiver Stories with AARP Maine

Maine is home to more than 181,000 caregivers. And with November being Family Caregiver Month, AARP is collecting caregiver stories. 

AARP Maine works with community partners to assess the needs of caregivers and the services and support that could make a difference to them and their loved ones. 

As part of its work,  the office is looking for feedback from caregivers in the state.

AARP Maine also has a free caregiver guide, which includes resources specific to tackling loneliness and isolation.
