Take Time for Meditation with Online Series

In need of a short break to refocus and recharge? AARP Maine will provide a 15-minute meditation session each week led by a certified BodyFlow instructor. 

Join Meditation Moments every Wednesday through the end of the year. All are welcome to participate in the free programs via Zoom or by phone. 

Meditations are from 9 to 9:15 a.m. Register at aarp.org/me to receive the Zoom link, or call 866-554-5380 to learn more.
