Mama, I Want to Sing is the story of a young woman's quest to discover and express her inner talent while respecting her family traditions. It's the groundbreaking gospel production that changed the course of theatrical musicals when it first debuted in 1983. Mama, I Want to Sing has played to hundreds of thousands of people and has touched the hearts of audiences around the world through its universal story and rousing music.
Sing Harlem Sing! is set in a happening Harlem nightspot from back in the day, it celebrates the soul-stirring power, energy and enthusiasm of the human voice. The play presents a soulful score including gospel, R&B, jazz, and rock ‘n’ roll.
Alive! features singers and musicians over the age of 55. Alive! illustrates that talent gets better, deeper and richer with age. Relive the turning points in your life and feel rejuvenated when you leave the theatre.
We Are! is a lively, passionate and inspiring new musical about the participants of the Emmy award-winning Gospel for Teens program in Harlem. It will touch your heart and open your mind to the healing power of music and singing.
