In order to continue making our communities more inclusive, we have teamed up with Dementia Friends, a global public awareness program that helps our communities become safer, more inclusive and respectful for the growing number of people living with dementia and those who care about them.

At this interactive session you will learn the five key messages about living with dementia, and the simple ways we can each make a difference in our communities. As a bonus, by the end of the session you will be counted in the growing number of Dementia Friends worldwide.
