2016 Vice Presidential Debate Watch (& Pizza) Party.

pp

We’re heading into the home stretch of the 2016 election and while we’ve had our first 90 minute prime time presidential debate, the all-important issue of Social Security received ZERO airtime.

It’s time to take advantage of the media buzz surrounding the upcoming Vice Presidential Debate and get our voices heard;

It’s time to use the power of Social Media to let the candidates know that we won’t stand for one more second of #SocialSecuritySilence;

It’s time to eat some pizza … a lot of pizza.

Sound appealing?

AARP New Hampshire’s Take A Stand campaign is inviting any and all to come join us for our 2016 Vice Presidential Debate Watch Party.

We’ll bring all of the pizza, salad, and soft drinks that you could want, you bring yourself and your smartphone/laptop. Together we’ll enjoy the debate and use Facebook and Twitter to show the candidates and their surrogates that we’re tuned into the conversation-- and we expect them to be tuned into real issues like Social Security.

As Election Day draws near, AARP’s  Take A Stand campaign will continue to focus on the goal of ensuring that Social Security remains a top priority for all of the candidates for federal office. From being visible at candidate events to direct engagement with voters, we’re continuing to grow our robust presence in the state, and it all starts with active members and volunteers like you!

We have more than enough room in our office for everyone to comfortably enjoy the show, but be sure give us a call and RSVP ahead of time – we want to make sure that we have plenty of that pizza to go around!
