That’s why AARP launched the Fraud Watch Network, to arm Americans with the tools they need to spot and avoid fraud and scams. Be informed! Join us for Outsmarting the Scam Artist: The Psychology of Fraud on March 12, 5:30 to 7:30 pm at Grill 28 at Pease Golf Course, 200 Grafton Road, Portsmouth, NH.
