AARP NY is happy to share a virtual yoga series.  In this series, two variations of yoga practices Chair Yoga and Kundalini are demonstrated to encourage self-care. Yoga is a powerful tool used to enhance mood and well-being, as well as foster mindfulness. Yoga instructors will teach two beginner-level courses with easily adjustable moves.

Known as the “Internet Godfather,” Brett Johnson created one of the dark web’s first online stores where criminals and scammers can anonymously sell illegal goods and private information. Eventually, he was caught and convicted.  Now, after serving seven years in prison, Brett works to stop criminal enterprise and consults for the Secret Service and the cybersecurity industry.
