Be inspired to push yourself to new levels of leadership.  Our keynote speaker at the 2017 Destino Leadership Conference is Maria Marin, named one of the 25 most powerful Latina women by People en Espanol magazine and a leading author and broadcaster. Maria’s motivational life story will have you unlocking the secrets of your own success!

Learn new tools and tips that you can put to work immediately.  Workshop sessions led by veteran community leaders can help you master topics such as negotiation, innovation technics, communication, leadership, social media and marketing.

Make a difference in the Miami-Dade Community immediately!  Destino attendees will be able to participate in a Community Service Project the same day  – setting you up to start making a difference in your community right away!
