—   The 7th Annual “A Show of HANDS” features 100 decorated wooden hands adorning the walls at Penny Cluse Café during March. A silent auction of the hands will take place on Thursday, March 28 from 6:00-8:00pm (bidding ends at 7:45). — The City of Winooski’s first-ever parklet project is coming to Main Street. What is a parklet?  Parklets are public seating platforms that convert curbside parking spaces into vibrant community spaces. Most parklets have a distinctive design that incorporates seating, greenery, and/or other pedestrian-friendly features.
