It’s that time of year again, Medicare Open Enrollment.  Which means those enrolled in Medicare need to review their coverage for 2018.  From year to year your health needs can change and so can your plan. That’s why it’s important each year to take the time to make sure your Medicare coverage still works for you.

Medicare Open Enrollment runs from October 15 through December 7 and is the perfect opportunity to review your Medicare plan coverage for 2018. AARP is encouraging everyone with Medicare coverage to compare their health and prescription drug plan options during the seven weeks of Medicare Open Enrollment.

Given the trend in high prescription medication prices, consumers are advised to pay close attention to their Medicare Part D drug plan options to help save money.
