“Get your walk on” every 2 nd Tuesday of the month at 6:00 a.m. inside the Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Plaza. “ Coach E,” -- a certified trainer and nutritionist and regular guest KJLH 102.3 FM's the "Front Page with Dominique DiPrima" -- will be on hand to lead warmups and get your body moving and your heart pumping! He’ll also cool you down after you walk and give you tips on how to live a healthier life every day!

Good Form Walking Clinics -- where participants learn principles to help them run or walk easier, faster and healthier – will be offered free at McLaren Macomb in Mt. Clemens on Friday, Feb. 7 and Friday, March 28.
