AARP Foundation Experience Corps trains volunteers, age 50 years and over, to tutor and mentor more than 30,000 Pre-K to 3 rd grade students throughout the country. The program is recruiting volunteers for the 2019-2020 academic year now.

AARP DC wants residents to know there are eight member-led AARP chapters in the District, which offer health and wellness fairs, presentations on caregiving and fraud prevention, and outings such as Potomac River cruises and Opera in the Outfield at Nationals Park.
