AARP Hawai`i Offers Free Paletas, Information at Hilo Event

AARP members and military veterans can refresh their paletes with paletas, a South American frozen fruit treat, and get information on AARP activities in East Hawai`i at a free Paletas in the Park member and veterans appreciation event in Hilo on Saturday, Feb. 25 from 10 a.m. to noon.

AARP Members and veterans can bring up to two guests. To get your free paleta, register in advance or stop by the AARP table outside Ali`i Ice, 2101 Banyan Drive in Lili`uokalani Park, and pick up a coupon for the free frozen treat.  Pre-registration is encouraged to reduce lines.
