In today’s fast-paced environment, finding time for a breather can be hard. Whether you’re taking care of the grandkids, or involved in your community, there isn’t enough time in the day.
That’s why AARP Indiana is inviting all our members and their guests to join us at one of our relaxing Tai Chi sessions – all from the comfort of your own home.
An instructor will lead participants through a blend of light movement, mindful breathing, and easy-to-follow exercises that deliver a meaningful workout and energy flow.
These free sessions are designed for beginners, though all levels of practice are welcome.
Attendees must register to receive the private Zoom links to the sessions.
