AARP Indiana is sponsoring a Caregiving event with Joy’s House. The event will feature Teepa Snow, a nationally renowned dementia care specialist, and Founder of the Positive Approach to Care.

Teepa Snow is one of the world’s leading advocates and educators for anyone living with dementia and other forms of brain change. Teepa is an Occupational Therapist with over forty years of rich and varied clinical and academic experience.

The dependence on family caregivers is continuing to rise, with older adults becoming the fastest-growing demographic. Compounded by a lack of infrastructure and soaring living costs, educational support for family caregivers is vital.

Friday, October 13
Doors open at 1:00 pm
