AARP Michigan sponsors MLK Breakfast in Jackson Friday

AARP Michigan is among sponsors of the 2015 Martin Luther King Diversity Breakfast at 7:30 a.m. Friday, Jan. 16 at the Gene Davis & Sons Banquet Center, 3575 Francis St., Jackson.

Rawle Andrews, Jr., AARP Regional Vice President for the Mideast Region, will deliver introductory remarks and emcee the two-hour program.

More than 350 community and business leaders will honor Jackson area youth and remember and celebrate the birthday of civil rights icon Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
