Are you a caregiver for a Veteran? AARP Missouri wants to help you connect with resources and supports for Veterans who served our country and their caregivers. Veterans Affairs Medical Centers have a program to assist family caregivers. This includes social workers dedicated to caregivers and will offer one on one help. Join AARP Missouri live via Zoom to hear about resources and services for caregivers through the VA. There will also be a live question and answer session with Kimberly Winsor, a Caregiver Support Coordinator for the Program of Comprehensive Assistance for Family Caregivers at the Veterans Health Administration at the Kansas City VA Medical Center.
