A Conversation with the U.S. Attorney and FBI on Fraud and Scams

In case you missed it, we held a March 17 Fraud Watch TeleTown Hall for our members to learn ways to protect themselves from some of the top frauds and scams targeting people age 50 and over.

We first took the time to update our members on the COVID-19 virus and how to find more information.

Then guests Joe Kelly, U.S. Attorney for the District of Nebraska and Kristi Johnson, FBI Special Agent in Charge of the Omaha Field Office, spoke about how scammers are using the pandemic to take advantage of people. They also discussed prize scams and different imposter scams.
