Legal Issues As You Age Sessions Coming This Fall

Did you know that 64 percent of Americans lack a will and have not done any estate planning? Register today to attend one of our Legal Issues As You Age sessions to help you prepare for your future.

AARP Nebraska is hosting the programs in Lincoln on Sept. 21 and in Ralston on Oct. 4.

Tim Lenaghan from Legal Aid of Nebraska will cover the importance of planning ahead for finances, property and health care as you age. Tools to be discussed include powers of attorney, healthcare power of attorney, living wills and estate planning.

Both events are free and lunch will be provided at no cost. Space is limited and registration is required.
