Through an Executive Order from Governor Phil Scott, a new program is providing brand-new, high-efficiency mobile homes at a discounted price to households earning below 140% of the Area Median Income (AMI).

This initiative represents a significant step forward in addressing Vermont's affordable housing crisis. With an average price of less than $100,000, these homes are an attainable option for many families, older Vermonters, and individuals looking for stable, energy-efficient housing.
