Are you tired of dealing with persistent back pain? Do you want to build lifelong strength and improve your overall body efficiency? AARP Vermont is excited to present a transformative series designed to help you understand and manage back pain, build strength, and enhance your quality of life.

About the Series
Mindful Movement Mondays is a four-part series that delves into the anatomy and physiology related to back pain, focusing on common musculoskeletal issues such as overuse and arthritis. Each session combines educational components with practical exercises aimed at core strength, pelvic stability, hip mobility, spinal mobility, and shoulder blade stability. This series is suitable for all levels and provides safe movement techniques and practical applications to develop an effective pain management plan.

Please note: this series includes presentations, demonstrations, and targeted strengthening exercises rather than traditional exercise classes. Please consult your doctor before starting any new movements or exercise regimen.

Meet Your Instructor
The series is facilitated by Julia Fuller, a certified personal trainer and health coach based in Burlington, Vermont. Julia is passionate about helping individuals feel their strongest through developing the mind-body connection. With expertise in fitness nutrition and corrective exercise, she guides participants in owning their bodies, becoming more efficient, and achieving their goals.
