Friday, January 27, 2023, 10 am Brain Health Series: Eat Right
Join AARP Alaska in the first of a 6-part webinar series on keeping your brain healthy! Our first topic is on how Eating Right contributes to brain health. Our speaker will be a nutritionist who will share recommendations of foods that support brain health and what foods to stay away from. We will also share some healthy recipes, information from the Global Council on Brain Health along with local resources. Watch it here.

Friday, February 3, 2023, 10 am Brain Health Series: Ongoing Exercise
Join AARP Alaska for the second of a 6-part webinar series on keeping your brain healthy! This week we will learn how Ongoing Exercise promotes brain health. Get tips on staying active during winter and ways to stimulate brain activity during exercise as well as the brain benefits of physical activity. We will also share information from the Global Council on Brain Health along with ways to exercise that are fun and low cost.
