We're teaming up with the YMCA for Family Fun!

AARP Delaware and the Bear Glasgow YMCA are teaming up to bring you fitness, food, friends and fun. The event will feature an exciting line-up of entertainment, family activities, music, refreshments, awards and giveaways. Enjoy juggling, face painting and balloon twisting. All are encouraged to wear a favorite costume and win a prize if you win "best costume."

And, you can even bring your old credit card, bank and tax statements to be securely disposed of at the AARP Shred Event right in the middle of the action. Here are the details:

9:30 am - Register for a 5k run/walk

10:30 am  Kiddie "K" start to run/walk

11:00 am - Family Festival and Shred Event begins
