Learn about elder care options and different levels of care available in Hawai`i in a free webinar sponsored by AARP Hawai`i on Tuesday, May 16th at 10 a.m.
The webinar is aimed at caregivers and those who may need care to help families discuss and make decisions about care before an older loved one can no longer manage the tasks involved in taking care of themselves.
An elder law attorney and elder care nurse coordinator will share information about care options available in Hawai`i.
The goal of the presentation to help people faced with care decisions become familiar with different levels of care and the options appropriate for each level such as supervision, stand-by assistance, help with daily activities of living, medication management and skilled nursing care.
