AARP Hawai`i’s Fast, Healthy & Ono cooking series continues in April with Mediterranean dishes from fish to falafel and tabbouleh to tahini.
Windward Community College Chef Dan Swift will teach participants the recipes for healthy Mediterranean diet dishes like Turkish stuffed eggplant, falafel, Mediterranean-style mahi mahi, taboulleh and falafel every Thursday in April at 5 p.m. Recipes are given out ahead of time and participants can cook along with the chef.
