Nominate an Exceptional Hawai`i Volunteer for the Andrus Award for Community Service

Do you know a volunteer age 50+ who is making a significant difference in your community?

Honor their dedication, commitment and creativity with a nomination for the 2022 AARP Hawai`i Andrus Award for Community Service, AARP's most prestigious and visible state volunteer award.

The award recognizes individuals who are sharing their experience, talent and skills in ways that significantly enrich the lives of others.

Nomination forms are available online at aarp.org/andrusaward. The deadline to submit a nomination for the Hawai`i award is Sept. 1.

Winners will be invited to a recognition luncheon, receive a crystal award, and AARP Hawai`i will donate$1,000 to the nonprofit of their choice. Nominees will receive a nomination pin.

The award is named after AARP’s founder Ethel Percy Andrus.
