AARP Welcomes New Executive Council Members

AARP Louisiana is pleased to welcome two new members to the Executive Council, leaders who are joining a team of volunteers to provide strategic direction and leadership of AARP priorities in Louisiana.

“Susan and Fredell will bring decades of executive leadership to our team and will provide strategic thinking from the Northshore and rural Louisiana,” said AARP Louisiana State Director, Denise Bottcher. “AARP has a history of supporting family caregivers. Understanding their needs in all parts of the state is important in the future direction of our work. Susan and Fredell will add valuable insight.”

“We are excited to have new perspectives and diverse experiences join the council to support AARP’s mission. Susan and Fredell will help continue the dedicated service that the Executive Council offers with the passion and heart to have a positive impact on the community,” said AARP Louisiana State President, Bobby Savoie.
